Sadly his complete lack of respect for customers left too much of a sour taste in my mouth to return. If I were someone new coming into town I would totally stop by here as every other experience I've had has been great, just stay away from Lyle as a blackjack dealer. It was by far the most unprofessional and inconsiderate experience I've ever had from a blackjack dealer. To be completely honest I would have let it slide if the dealer (Lyle) wouldn't have been so incredibly rude to me. these Casinos along the river and in Illinois take money in and pay little to nothing out Indian Casinos of the south pay out far more hand pays, This Casino and the Mystic will give you flyers for free play but you cant even cash it out and its set to take it back. I then had the hand looked at by the cameras where I was told that my hand did indeed hit the table (to ask for a card) but that there was nothing they could do. Poor Excuse for a Casino, No regulation I give a casino a few trips and play to win I don't plan to win every trip but I play too. The dealers up card was a 10, I have no clue why he would have thought I wanted to stay after playing by the book all night. I had chips taken from me when my dealer (Lyle) said that I chose to stay on a hard 12 while playing blackjack.
After happily coming here for over a year when in town for business at john deer I will now not be coming back.
